Celso, a spirited tourist guide from Nuquí, Chocó, is aiming to participate in Desafio 2024, a renowned Colombian sports reality TV show produced by Caracol Televisión. 

His experience in varied physical activities and his connection with the local environment make him a strong candidate for this competition.

"Dreams Come True" is a short film about a teenager immersed in a virtual chemistry class at home. The plot takes a twist when he discovers a mysterious cassette labeled "Dreams Come False." 

As he plays it, Robbie Williams' Beyond the Sea begins, leading him into a whimsical daydream where he sings in an old-fashioned setting. This fantasy escalates when he drinks a mysterious liquid, transporting him to a cartoon-like world where he joyfully dances to various songs. 

However, he's abruptly called back to reality by his teacher's remark about his absence in class. The film concludes with a poignant revelation as he realizes the cassette actually reads "Dreams Come True," symbolizing the power of dreams and imagination in transcending the mundane aspects of daily life.
